Many civilians in Srilanka have been trapped in the Government declared No fire zone (NFZ) and to rescue them Srilankan troops have launched the world’s largest humanitarian operation. For people to come out of NFZ, troops have found the accessible routes and rescue points. The terrorist holds in these regions have been almost swept away by these troops and public address systems have been put up in several places to inform the people about these safe routes. The troops were also conducting mop up operations in the no fire zone. They also keep the civilians informed about the correct routes continuously.
